The team

Add someone here, then tell them: go to affordinglife.org/portal and sign in with this email. Organizers see only their own gatherings. Funders see only the dashboard. Admins see everything. Edit on a row fixes a name, role, or county.

Gatherings

The most recent 50. Edit fixes a wrong headcount, county, date, or organizer. Delete is for mistakes and test entries only. It asks twice, and it cannot be undone. Organizers cannot delete anything.

People

Everyone on the contact list, grouped by email (or phone), with the gatherings they came to. Regular means two or more. Edit fixes a name, number, email, or what they said yes to.

Real life stories

Stories organizers collected, already tidied into AL's voice. Nothing shows to funders until you tick Show to funders. Read each one first; you can edit it.

Possible repeats

When a new name matches an email or phone we already have, it lands here instead of being merged. You decide.

Export the contact list

Downloads every contact as a spreadsheet file (CSV). This is the only place personal info leaves the system, and each export is logged with your name, the time, and the number of rows.

Export everything makes one Excel file with a tab for each thing: gatherings, people, what we heard, stories, team, videos, narratives, shared links, and the audit log. Open it in Excel, or drop it into Google Drive and open with Sheets.

Remove a person who asks

Enter their email or phone. Every contact record that matches is deleted for good, and the audit log records that it happened (without keeping their details).
